Our Team

Founded by Amy Bowen, Iron Experiential was born from over a decade of experience working with brands from both the inside and the agency side. Amy built Iron on the belief that the best outcomes come from genuine collaboration — where clients, partners, and vendors all contribute to shaping the final experience.

At its core, Iron is about integration — working seamlessly across creative, strategic, and production disciplines to deliver ideas that not only look great but also work in the real world.
